• Account and prescription text messages, including prescription ready notifications, refill reminders, delivery updates, and pharmacy service notices; and/or
• Promotional and marketing text messages, including special offers, seasonal health promotions, immunization clinics, and product announcements, if you separately opt in to this category.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or text delivery providers, is permitted for the purposes of operating the text messaging program. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages sent under this program will not contain protected health information (PHI). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Meadow Pharmacy.

4. Protected Health Information (HIPAA)

As a pharmacy, Meadow Pharmacy may create, receive, and maintain protected health information ("PHI") in connection with filling your prescriptions and providing pharmacy care. PHI is handled separately from, and with greater protection than, general marketing information, in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and our internal Notice of Privacy Practices, available upon request at our pharmacy counter.
